Where we are
We are Victoria’s Shiraz Central, starting at the Macedon Ranges only 60 minutes drive north from Melbourne and meandering through spectacular wine-growing country, provincial gold rush cities and the stunning vistas of the Grampians and Australian Pyrenees Ranges. You can also find us along the Great Southern Touring Route, or take a one and a half hour plane hop from Sydney to Bendigo.

Our position in the highlands and valleys of the southern tip of the Great Dividing Range creates long sunny days and cool nights, which nurtures slow-ripening grapes that produce Shiraz which we describe as complex, finessed, silky and highly approachable.

We are a well-awarded wine destination featuring over 250 wineries and over 100 cellar doors; all immersed within the natural diversity of wild Australian landscape. We offer a fresher and more quintessentially Australian experience than the usual manicured wine regions.
